Newbie Artist Training Grounds II: Day 17; Theme: Draw a pony under pressure/Draw a pony feeling the heat
Inspired by Sonic Rainboom episode where Dash suffer a breakdown and Rarity's wing burn up in the sun.
An hour-long drawing. Went experimental with texture with this one. Wasn't sure what would and wouldn't work. Where did her arms/front legs disappear to? I forgot to add them at the beginning and just decided to run with it.

Also I like your texturing and that your sketch looks more like sepia (how you manage to produce this effect, anyway?) than black-white
