Done for Weekly Theme: Costume. Technically, I came up with the idea when the weekly theme was Album Art but I later put the concept on the backburner when that week pasted.

This is my 2nd Kanye inspired pony art. I learned what "filigree" is while drawing this. It's pretty poor imitation of filigree but I really wanted a frame.
